Brittany's commitment to excellence is evident as a multi-role contributor within the institute. Notably, she achieved a personal triumph by completing an Ironman Triathlon with qualifying times.
Patient Concierge Specialist
Joining Warner Institute in 2021, Nicole oversees the day-to-day operations of patient services and staff relations. With over 12 years in aesthetics, her commitment to professionalism, compassion, and patient advocacy ensures an exceptional experience for every patient. Beyond her role, Nicole finds joy in family time, CrossFit, and exploring the world.
Patient Concierge Specialist
Bringing ten years of experience in beauty and aesthetics, Natalie Odisho shines as the Patient Concierge Specialist at Warner Institute. Her dedication to the industry is reflected in her exceptional patient care. Natalie enjoys gym sessions, cooking, and quality time with family outside of work.
Licensed Aesthetician
Rene Nava, a Licensed Aesthetician with a decade of medical assisting experience, joined Dr. Warner in 2019. Dedicated to empathetic patient care, Rene aspires to change lives through corrective skincare. Outside of work, she is a busy mom passionate about baking.
Certified Surgical Technologist
As the certified surgical technologist at Warner Institute, Danielle is pivotal in ensuring exceptional patient care. Graduating from Harper College in 2022, Danielle's responsibilities include preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting Dr. Warner during procedures. Her dedication ensures a smooth and safe surgical process.
Patient Experience Specialist
Meghan has over 10 years in the aesthetic industry–from working as a Medical Assistant and assisting in Mohs surgeries. To then becoming lasered certified, managing a Med Spa, and working in plastics as a Patient Coordinator. Meghan is well equipped in all things skin and beauty. Her focus and passion are all about the patient experience and ensuring the highest level of patient care. As the Patient Experience Specialist, Meghan's goal is to make sure every patient is treated promptly and comprehensively. Meghan loves the opportunity to meet and guide patients through their surgical journey and can’t wait to greet you at the Warner Institute!

Sarah comes to Warner Institute with a background primarily in critical care as a Respiratory Therapist. She loves learning new skills, seeing live music all over the country, and her cat, Wanda. She has lived in Chicago for the last 3 years and absolutely loves the city!

Nicole joins the Warner Aesthetic & Reconstructive Institute team with 20+ years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, and customer service. She has a background in business management. Her creativity, dedication, and leadership skills have greatly contributed to growth and success. Nicole’s primary focus is patient experience, business operations, sales, and marketing.
