With over 20 years of experience dedicated to improving healthcare delivery models and mitigating financial risk for healthcare facilities, Brittany brings vast knowledge and operational expertise to the Warner Institute. Her passion lies in helping others become the best version of themselves, whether professionally or surgically. Brittany's commitment to excellence is evident as a multi-role contributor within the institute. Notably, she achieved a personal triumph by completing an Ironman Triathlon with qualifying times.
Nicole Garcia
Patient Concierge Specialist
Joining Warner Institute in 2021, Nicole oversees the day-to-day operations of patient services and staff relations. With over 12 years in aesthetics, her commitment to professionalism, compassion, and patient advocacy ensures an exceptional experience for every patient. Beyond her role, Nicole finds joy in family time, CrossFit, and exploring the world.
Natalie Odisho
Patient Experience Specialist
Bringing over ten years of experience in beauty and aesthetics, Natalie Odisho shines as the Patient Experience Specialist & Mohs coordinator at Warner Institute. As the Patient Experience Specialist, Natalie is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and has fun doing it! Outside of Warner Institute, Natalie enjoys going to the gym, spending time with family & friends, country music, and cooking. Can’t wait to meet you!

Licensed Aesthetician
Rene Nava, a Licensed Aesthetician with a decade of medical assisting experience, joined Dr. Warner in 2019. Dedicated to empathetic patient care, Rene aspires to change lives through corrective skincare. Outside of work, she is a busy mom passionate about baking.
Danielle Raguso
Certified Surgical Technologist
As the certified surgical technologist at Warner Institute, Danielle is pivotal in ensuring exceptional patient care. Graduating from Harper College in 2022, Danielle's responsibilities include preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting Dr. Warner during procedures. Her dedication ensures a smooth and safe surgical process.
Sarah Printz
Medical Assistant
Sarah comes to Warner Institute with a background primarily in critical care as a Respiratory Therapist. She loves learning new skills, seeing live music all over the country, and her cat, Wanda. She has lived in Chicago for the last 3 years and absolutely loves the city!

Office Manger
Nicole joins the Warner Aesthetic & Reconstructive Institute team with 20+ years of experience in dermatology, aesthetics, and customer service. She has a background in business management. Her creativity, dedication, and leadership skills have greatly contributed to growth and success. Nicole’s primary focus is patient experience, business operations, sales, and marketing. Nicole truly wants every patient to have an exceptional experience at Warner Aesthetic & Reconstructive Institute. Her passion for the medical, and aesthetic industry is a perfect match for this practice
