This patient had concerns with her overall nasal appearance. The nose was crooked with an irregular contour on the front view, in addition to a wide tip and wide nostrils. On the side view, she did not like the overall size of her nose and the “hook” appearance. She underwent primary rhinoplasty to smoothen and narrow her frontal appearance. Her nostrils were also reduced to narrow the appearance. The side view was made more feminine, but in a natural way.
