This patient had a crooked nose, a wide nasal tip, and wide nostrils. She underwent primary rhinoplasty to straight and smoothen her nose, narrow the tip to a natural shape, and significantly reduce her nostril width. While her nostrils are not necessary “prominent,” the are wide and this is a great example of how the nostrils can be narrowed to fit the rest of the nose.
