This patient’s primary concern was an irregular crooked nose that also appeared droopy on side view. Overall, he didn’t want his nose to look completely different and most importantly wanted a natural appearance. He underwent primary rhinoplasty to straighten and smoothen the nose on front view, and to correct the irregular hump and droopy tip on sideview. He now has a smooth straight nose with a natural male appearing profile appearance.
